Customer Service Programs

The Shared Success Customer Service Program is designed to help an agent build relationships and grow their business.  These programs are intended to aid agents in the following areas:

• Recognizing and delivering high-quality customer service

• Building loyal customers

• Increasing overall professionalism

• Creating a polished company image

• Increasing employee efficiencies

An agency account manager will work with the agent to develop a Personal Success Plan – a plan tailored specifically for the agent.

• Active Listening – 30 minutes

• Business Etiquette – 30 minutes

• Communicating with Customers and Coworkers – 1 hour

• Customer Service and Handling Complaints – 1 hour

• Email Etiquette – 30 minutes

• Loyal Customers – 30 minutes

• Telephone Etiquette – 35 minutes

• Wow Customer Service – 1 hour
